I’m Taylor – a 20-something young professional and recipe developer living in downtown Toronto. I’ve got a crazy busy lifestyle, and the Instant Pot helps me stay on track with my diet and fitness goals while batch cooking all my meals for the week. Seriously, it’s a miracle worker!
I decided to start Eating Instantly after creating a ton of meal prep recipes for my other website, The Girl on Bloor (it’s the street I lived on in Toronto!) and finding that I kept gravitating towards the Instant Pot. I just love how you can make so many meals in one pot eliminating a ton of mess and clean up, and everything cooks so quickly too!
After developing so many Instant Pot recipes for my meal prep blog, I thought it was about time I dedicated a website exclusively to Instant Pot recipes and meal planning tips directed specifically towards using it.
